A one-day Symposium held at Melbourne University as part of the Annual Conference of the Australian Psychological Society. Organised by Brent Hayward (Australian Airlines) and Andrew Lowe (RAAF Psychology Service). Invited Speakers included Captain Matti Sorsa (FINNAIR), André Droog (KLM), Andrew Lowe (RAAF Psychology Service), Kevin McKenna (RNZAF), Dr Rob Lee, David Adams, Dr Claire Marrison (all then at BASI).
